GriefShare Winter Session

GriefShare, a faith-based bereavement support group, offers biblically-sound help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. Each week’s format includes supportive discussion about the weekly video content and a workbook with journaling and suggestions for personal study to reinforce weekly session topics. The program is offered in more than 16,000 churches of every denomination in every English-speaking country throughout the world.

If you have lost a loved one in recent months and could use the encouragement of interpersonal support and the strengthening of practical, biblically sound tools as you travel on this path, you are welcome to try GriefShare. 

Beginning Sunday, January 5, from 1:00-3:00 p.m., Christ Chapel will host the 13-week winter cycle of GriefShare, meeting weekly through March 29. Light refreshments will be available.

On Sunday, January 26th, the meeting will begin at 2 PM due to Christ Chapel’s annual meeting.

There is a one-time $17 charge for the workbook. Participants may attend as many meetings as they wish at no further charge. Light refreshments will be available.
